User Notification

Push Notification For User:

• Log into app.practive.in on the user’s computer or laptop using a web browser (Google Chrome recommended).

• Go to Profile (Located in the Top Right corner, click on it and Open Profile).

• Click the 'Allow' button next to Browser/App Notification under the Notifications section.

• Allow the permission (click on 'Allow' button). You will find this in the address bar along with the URL.



Daily Email Update for User:

• Enable the toggle ‘Daily Update’ if you want to receive daily updates.

Push Notification for Admin:

• Login into app.practive.in from web brower (Google Chrome recommended)

• Go to Settings and open User Notifications.

• Click on the ‘Subscribe/Check Status’ Button.

• Allow the permission (click on 'Allow for this site' button). You will find this in the address bar along with the URL.

• Click on the save button.



Email Notification:

• Go to Settings and open User Notifications.

• Enable the toggle ‘Send email when a task is assigned to the user’ on the same page.

• Click on the save button.



Push notification settings depend on the device, so make sure to set them on the correct device where you want to receive notifications.
