Overview
The Timesheet feature allows users to record the time they spend on their daily work. It helps firms monitor work hours, analyse productivity, and generate accurate time-based reports.
Time entries can be created directly from the Timesheet or while working on a Task (Time log). Both methods are fully synchronised.
How to Create a Timesheet Entry
- Open the Timesheet menu.
- Click Add New.
- Select the Client and Task (Optional).
- Enter your Work Details.
- Enter the Time Spent.
- Click Save.
Your timesheet entry will be saved immediately.
Benefits
- Users can also create time log entries without selecting a client or task. These entries are treated as Internal and appear under the "Internal" entry in the Timesheet.
- Record daily work hours easily.
- Track time spent for each client and task.
- Analyse work hours by week and user.
- Improve productivity with detailed time tracking.

The previous Time Log permission has been removed and is no longer used.

Important Note
Time Log entries created from a Task are automatically added to the Timesheet.
Likewise, when a Timesheet entry is linked to a task, it is also visible in that task's Time Log section. This ensures all work time remains synchronised regardless of where it is recorded.
Start using the Timesheet feature today to keep your team's work organised, measurable, and easy to analyse.
