Packages and Client Packages

What are Packages?

Packages are groups of services offered to clients in bulk. The creation date and due date of all the services under the package will remain the same as the date specified in the services. You can assign the package to clients with customized package pricing. You can also automate billing for the packages.
Note that the package itself cannot be assigned to users, but the services under the package can be assigned to users.

Create a Package:

  1. Go to Settings > Packages.
  2. Click on the + New button.
  3. Enter the name of the package (e.g., Yearly Accounting, Yearly GST Service).
  4. Select the frequency and enter the default billing amount, SAC, and GST %.
  5. Choose the services you want to add to the package.
  6. Click on the Save button.

Assign the Package to Clients:

  1. Go to Settings > Packages and open a package.

The package will now be assigned to the selected client(s). You can select the client and unassign the package or edit the package settings.
