Manually Send Notification to Client (SMS, WhatsApp, and Email)

Open the Send Notification menu.

Task Notification

  1. Enable the toggle if you want to show clients with created tasks only; otherwise, disable it.
  2. Select the service, period, and status as per your needs.
  3. Click on the 'Load Client' button.
  4. Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
  5. Click on the 'Next' button.
  6. Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
  7. For SMS and WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
  8. Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.

Payment Reminder

  1. Select the client having "Outstanding balance or Current due".
  2. Click on the 'Load Client' button.
  3. Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
  4. Click on the 'Next' button.
  5. Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
  6. For SMS and WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
  7. Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.

Custom Notification

  1. Select the client type.
  2. Click on the 'Load Client' button.
  3. Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
  4. Click on the 'Next' button.
  5. Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
  6. For WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
  7. Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.
