Manually Send Notification to Client (SMS, WhatsApp, and Email)
Open the Send Notification menu.
Task Notification
- Enable the toggle if you want to show clients with created tasks only; otherwise, disable it.
- Select the service, period, and status as per your needs.
- Click on the 'Load Client' button.
- Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
- Click on the 'Next' button.
- Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
- For SMS and WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
- Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.
Payment Reminder
- Select the client having "Outstanding balance or Current due".
- Click on the 'Load Client' button.
- Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
- Click on the 'Next' button.
- Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
- For SMS and WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
- Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.
Custom Notification
- Select the client type.
- Click on the 'Load Client' button.
- Select the clients to whom you want to send the notification.
- Click on the 'Next' button.
- Choose the channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email).
- For WhatsApp, select the template; for Email, compose the message.
- Click on the 'Send' button to dispatch the notification.
