Import Clients (Add Clients in Bulk)

Go to Clients and click on the Import button (Top Right corner).

• Click on the 'sample excel file' link, highlighted in blue.

• Download the Excel file.

• Open the file.

• Enter the Client Name in Column A.

• Select the Client Type from the dropdown in Column B.

• Enter the client's 10-digit mobile number without spaces in Column C.

• Enter the client's secondary 10-digit mobile number (if any) without spaces in Column D.

• Enter the client's Email ID in Column E.

• Enter the client's PAN in Column F.

• Enter the client's GSTIN in Column G.

• Enter the client's File Number (if any) in Column H.

• Enter the Client Group name in Column I (Note: Ensure the group name already exists in your Practice Software).

• Enter the client's Address in Column J.

• Enter the client's City in Column K.

• Enter the client's 6-digit Postal PIN number without spaces in Column L.

• Enter the client's State in Column M (Note: Ensure the state name exactly matches the State Tab provided in the downloaded excel file).

• Enter the client's Contact Person Name in Column N.

• Enter the client's Date of Birth in DD-MM-YYYY format (e.g., 11-12-1990) in Column O.

• Enter the client's Recurring Services in Column P (Note: Ensure the Services already exist in your Practice Software. Use commas to separate the services).

• Enter the client's Users in Column Q (Enter username, not name. Use commas to separate the usernames).

• After filling up all the data, save the file.

• Browse the file or drop it in the import section.

• If you want to overwrite the data, enable the toggle 'Overwrite if already exists' (Note: File Number will be treated as a unique identifier).

Click on the Import Button and  your Clients will be imported instantly.



○ Start entries from row 2.

○ All mandatory columns are highlighted with an asterisk (*).

○ All guidelines are provided in the Guidelines tab of the downloaded excel file.
