Email SMTP Settings (Sending Email from Your Email Account)

  • Go to Settings and open Communication Settings.

  • Select Custom SMTP under Email Settings.

For Gmail:

  • SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

  • Encryption: TLS

  • SMTP Port: 587

  • SMTP Username: Enter your Gmail ID

  • SMTP Password (App Password): To create an app password: Google App Password Guide

  • From Email: Enter your Gmail ID

  • From Name: Enter your Gmail account name

For Microsoft or Outlook:

  • SMTP Host:

    • Microsoft Mail account: smtp-mail.outlook.com

    • Microsoft 365 Account: smtp.office365.com

  • Encryption: TLS

  • SMTP Port: 587

  • SMTP Username: Your email ID

  • SMTP Password: Your Microsoft account password

  • From Email: Your email ID

  • From Name: Your email account name

For Yahoo:

  • SMTP Host: smtp.mail.yahoo.com

  • Encryption: SSL

  • SMTP Port: 465

  • SMTP Username: Your Yahoo Email

  • SMTP Password: Your Yahoo Password

  • From Email: Your email ID

  • From Name: Your email account name
