Go to settings and open Services.
+ New or edit a service.
Enter the service name
Enable the toggle ‘Is Enabled?’
Enable Recurring using the toggle button.
Set Auto Task Creation Frequency - Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
• Creation Date: Select the date of the month when you want this task to be created automatically.
• Due Date: Select the date of the month for the task's due date.
• Creation Date: Select the date and month (First/Second/Third) for automatic task creation.
• Due Date: Select the date and month (First/Second/Third) for the task's due date.
• Creation Date: Select the date and month for automatic task creation.
• Due Date: Select the date and month for the task's due date.
• Enable the toggle ‘Create Tasks for the Recently Completed Period’ or ‘Create Tasks for the Currently Running Period’ as per your preferences.
• Enable the toggle if you want to assign auto tasks to users of respective clients for this service (users who are allocated to the client).
• Choose the user(s) if you want to assign this service task to the user(s).
• Enter the billing details for this service.
• Disable the toggle ‘Mark its tasks billable by default’ if you don’t want to charge for this service.
• Enable the toggle to check GST return filing status from GST Server if this service is for GST return.
• Select GST return type.
• Enable the toggle ‘Create Document Collection Request Automatically’ if you want to send a Document Collection Request to clients.
• Type your message. (The message will be sent to your client's email when the task is created.)
Save the service.
• Go to the client dashboard and open the client.
• Click on the pencil icon under Recurring Service in the Service Tab.
• Enable the toggle for the service you want to assign to a particular client.
